May NOS use it?

What happens next

  1. Received: Nicolas confirms in the same thread.
  2. Question: if the rights or the meaning are unclear, you get one precise question.
  3. Checked and normalised by the same pipeline as every source (origin, rights, version, duplicates, private data, instruction-like text).
  4. Accepted or not used: a person decides; you hear which, and why.
  5. You see the exact place it is used and can correct it; a correction becomes a new version, the old one stays recorded.
  6. Withdrawn: NOS stops serving it from then on. Copies someone already downloaded cannot be recalled.

Recorded submissions

For agents and scripts: the same envelope goes through python3 nos_submit.py stage → check → normalize → evaluate; only a named human accept changes what NOS serves.
